TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment Policy: Puerto Vallarta Flying Dress

This policy outlines the steps required to secure your Flying Dress Photography session and guarantees the time and location for your unforgettable experience.

1. Booking Confirmation (The Retainer)
To formally secure your desired photoshoot date, time, and location, we require a non-refundable retainer at the time of booking.
* Retainer Amount: 50% of the total package price.
* Purpose: This retainer reserves our services exclusively for you and covers the initial planning, consultation, and preparation required for your unique Flying Dress session.
* Non-Refundable Clause: The retainer is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to, client cancellation, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts. This protects the time we block off for your session, which prevents us from booking other clients.

2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance of your photography package is due prior to the session date.
* Due Date: The remaining balance, 50% of the package, must be paid in full (7) days prior to your scheduled photoshoot date.
* Failure to Pay: If the final balance is not received by the stated due date, your booking will be considered forfeited, the session time may be released, and the retainer will not be refunded.

3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our secure online booking system:
* [All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal]

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
We understand that travel plans can change. Please review our policy regarding schedule adjustments:
* Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us in writing at least  14 days prior to your original date. We will make every effort to transfer your retainer to a new date within six (6) months, subject to our availability.
* Less Than 24 hours Notice: Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a cancellation, and a new retainer may be required to book a future date.
* Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your booking entirely, the retainer remains non-refundable.

5. Weather Policy
As a destination photography business, we are accustomed to managing changing weather conditions.
* In the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds) that prevents the session from being safely executed, we will first attempt to reschedule the shoot to the soonest available date.
* If rescheduling is not possible, we will work with you to offer a suitable indoor location or an alternative service of equal value. No refunds will be issued for weather-related postponements.
