TERMS & CONDITIONS


FDP TERMS, CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY


1.     A deposit of $150 is required to book your portrait session. This deposit goes towards your photoshoot. If you must reschedule, it will be applied towards your reschedule.

2.     Deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure your session time and date. We do not book any other sessions during your secured time. All sales are final once proof gallery is delivered electronically to the client.​

3.     Images provided by the photographer are for PERSONAL use only and may not be used for commercial use by the client. Provided images may not be used by the client for publication for profit or provided to third parties to endorse or promote events.

 

4.     Provided images may not be used or provided to magazines in digital or print form without written consent from the photographer.

 

 

5.     Client will receive six digitally edited portraits of their choice with their purchased package (Instagram video not available at this time – coming soon):

-        Social media sharing size and print size

-        Images will be edited in color and client will receive a HIGH-RESOLUTION SIZE for print and a LOW RESOLUTION size for social media along with limited copyright

-        Additional images may be purchased separately upon request for an additional $25 per image

Sickness/Injury:

 

  • Flying Dress Portraits is not responsible for any injuries caused in our studio.

​

  • If you know you are sick before your photoshoot, you MUST notify FDP in advance and reschedule your appointment.. If you arrive sick, we do reserve the right to refuse service.

​

  • If you are ill when you arrive to our studio, Flying Dress Portraits reserves the right to cancel your photoshoot at any time before or after photoshoot has started.​​

​

  • We HIGHLY recommend you eat before your photoshoot to decrease the likelihood of getting ill during your photoshoot.

​

  • If you get sick during your photoshoot, your session will end immediately. You will receive the images that were taken before you fell ill, and you will not be refunded for your photoshoot. It is to the discretion of FDP if you will be able to reschedule your photoshoot.

  • Any damage caused to our equipment, set or props due to illness or carelessness on your part, client agrees that they will replace or reimburse FDP’s property.

Rescheduling Policy:

 

  • If you must reschedule your photoshoot, your deposit will remain valid for 6 months. After 6 months, you will forfeit your deposit, and must make a new booking for the current price of our services. 

​

  • You will receive 1 complimentary reschedule. If you must reschedule again, you will be restricted from rescheduling on a Saturday, as this is our busiest day of the week.

​

  • If you do not make your final payment within 48 hours of your photoshoot, your appointment will be canceled, and you will have to reschedule.
